Terms of Service

1. The Service
PublicFlow is a tender monitoring service for Greek public procurement. It aggregates public tender notices published by the Greek Government (KIMDIS / ESIDIS), lets you search and filter them, and — if you choose to — sends you email notifications when new tenders match the filters you have saved.
2. Accounts
To use monitoring features (saved filters, notifications, favourites) you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Registration & Consent
When you register you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Company profile information (such as your company title, CPV codes and any optional certifications) is stored so we can match tenders to your interests and power email notifications. Optional fields are optional; only your company title and the CPV codes you are interested in are required.
4. Email Notifications
Notifications are a core feature: they are only sent when a new tender matches a saved filter you created with notifications enabled. You can turn notifications off per filter, or disable them entirely, from your profile at any time. Every notification email includes an unsubscribe option.
5. No Guarantee of Data
Tender information is sourced from publicly available Greek government data. We do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date, and it is provided “as is” for information purposes only. It is not legal or procurement advice. Always verify official notices on the original government sources before taking any action (bidding, submitting, or otherwise relying on them).
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service: no automated scraping or bulk extraction intended to redistribute our compiled dataset, no attempts to disrupt or compromise the service, no unlawful or fraudulent use, and no impersonation of others.
7. Termination
You may close your account and request deletion of your data at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Closing your account stops notifications and removes your profile data, subject to our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PublicFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including reliance on tender data or missed or delayed notifications.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be notified to registered users and continue to be governed by the version you accepted at registration, unless you accept a new version.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Disputes are subject to the courts of Greece.
